Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing. Please note that during peak seasons (such as Halloween), delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer due to high order volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure your decoration arrives in time for the big night.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at glowghastly@gmail.com.

Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, GhastlyGlow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
